WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • To achieve monthly sales target through proactive sales activities & development of your own pipeline;
  • Prospect, manage and close deals of new BtoB clients through cold-calling, effective use of social media, events or partnership independently;
  • Engage senior level decision makers from industries including Retail & E-commerce, Banking & Insurance, Entertainment & Hospitality, Properties, providing a more consultative role to collect client requirements when necessary;
  • Deliver effective presentation & negotiation to win projects related to direct marketing, customer loyalty, data analytics & consulting;
  • Manage the whole sales cycle from lead-inception, prepare proposal and quotation by working with pre-sales and service team together until contract confirmation;
  • Transfer the closed deals smoothly to the service project teams and keep good client relationship

WHAT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED TO GET:        

  • Proven track record of working successfully in a business development role in B2B sales environment;
  • At least 2 years+ sales experience in the direct marketing/ CRM / data analytics/ cloud based technology sectors;
  • Result-oriented and employs profit-driven approach;
  • Very good understanding of marketing strategies, in the field of e-marketing, loyalty programs, data analytics or big data consulting will be definitely a plus;
  • Strong and proven negotiation & presentation skills;
  • Demonstrate excellent customer relationship skills and problem-solving skills;
  • Willing to work under pressure, meet deadlines and accept responsibility
